Ariel’s success comes from putting the customer first. He develops each product by keeping the user in mind, customizing their system to be easy, attractive and accessible. He gets to know each customer’s requirements like a counselor before making product recommendations. He is always happy to explain things a different way to help his customers get the information they need. Ariel is bilingual and he ensures that our Spanish speaking customers get the same seamless customer service that ePolk is known for.
Ariel’s passion for technology began early. He embarked on his future career at ePolk while studying AutoCAD at Frostproof High School. After a senior internship program, he joined the ePolk team immediately upon graduation and has been going full speed ahead ever since. He specializes in Web and desktop development for ePolk customers.
Ariel has talent far beyond his years. He is a patient teacher when training other staff members on new technology. Customers count on Ariel for adeptly putting technical jargon into laymen’s terms. In fact, many clients are so fond of Ariel’s outstanding customer service that they don’t want to talk to anyone else.
Outside of work, Ariel is a natural storyteller with a passion for creative writing. He enjoys a good hot pepper blend or trying a new hot sauce, and has become known to many local chefs for his proclivity to spicy foods. He was recently adopted by a lost kitten, that Ariel named Saiichi, which means “first son” in Japanese. Whether working with customers, teaching others or writing a story, Ariel gets the most satisfaction from a job well done.
